Quarterly fees are due every three months. The first quarter (Q1) fee is due by January 1st, the second quarter fee (Q2) is due by April 1st, third quarter fee (Q3) is due by July 1st, and forth quarter fee (Q4) is due by October 1st.
You will receive an invoice from the accounting office. You can mail-in your payment, or set up electronic payment through Victory Accounting’s system. Go to the Accounting page and click “Make Payment Using Online Service”.
The late fee is $25 after the 20th of the month for each quarter.
The clubhouse can be reserved by filling out the “Clubhouse Rental Application” form found in the "Other Applications" page, and emailing it to board@lawrenceoakshoa.com
Yes. Anytime that you want to change something on the outside of your home that is visible from the street will need to be approved by the Architectural Review Committee. Some items that require an ARC application to be submitted is painting your home, installing a new front door or garage door, installing a new roof, getting hurricane shutters or windows, installing a fence, changing your landscape beds are a few examples. Please refer to the community rules and regulations regarding what needs to be approved prior to any work commencing.

Yes. To obtain the application, please click on the "Sale & Lease Applications" tab. All active violations will need to be cured prior to selling your home.
