Architectural Review Committee (ARC)
Architectural Review Application (ARA)

ARC - The purpose of the ARC is to  ensure that any alterations, work or proposed additions to any part of the structure (home) are in harmony with the surrounding structures and is otherwise desirable. 

ARA - Whenever an ARA is required to be submitted to the ARC, The HOA will review the application and issue the appropriate approval or denial within thirty 30 days of the completed application being submitted.  Note: incomplete applications will be rejected and returned.
