Lawrence Oaks Community was built in 1996, and is a family oriented neighborhood with 178 single-family homes . The large lake positioned at the center of the community ensures beautiful sunsets and great fishing opportunities.
The community sits on approximately 45 acres of land, and is approximately 8.5 miles from the closest public beach. Homeowner association fees in Lawrence Oaks include basic channel lineup, fast speed internet (higher speeds available through Fiber) , and maintenance of all common areas. The community makes a significant effort in maintaining our community and making it aesthetically pleasing and clean.
The community takes pride in the very low number of home sales within the community, with a significant number of original owners that have made their long term home here.
